Custom Home & Business Services, LLC (CHBS,LLC) was founded by William and Elizabeth Pierce in 2007 as the sole and exclusive distributor for Phantom Screen and Tucson Rolling Shutter products in Alaska.  It is our goal to carry on the high level of skill and service provided by our predecessors, Screens of Alaska, operated by Les and Theresa Day.  Our business is an Alaska based family owned business dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of service and quality.


In an effort to provide timely service to the great State of Alaska CHBS, LLC uses dealers to install our product in Fairbanks and South East Alaska.  Our dealers are held to the same high standards that we have established for ourselves. Our high level of service allows us to offer the Phantom limited lifetime warranty and the exclusive Tucson Rolling Shutter five (5) year warranty covering parts and labor to our customers across Alaska.
